NCAA Staff Interpretation- 5/31/91- Time limits for athletically related activities during member institution’s mini-term- states that the daily and weekly hour limitations do not apply to countable athletics related activities during a member institution’s mini term (e.g., “4-1-4”) that is not mandatory.
